From March 2019 we have a new CNC-controlled machining center from EIMA-Maschinenbau. The dimensioning of 6x3x1.25m offers us and thus our customers a high-precision machining of small and medium-sized components with special tolerances.

We offer pattern making in two different approches:

1. Pattern building made of high density foam:
Using CNC milling, a core of structural foam is produced. This is then coated with a polyester surface. From the positive model, finally, a negative mould made of glass fibre reinforced plastic is produced. This shape then finally serves as a tool from which up to several hundred demouldings can be conducted.

2. Classic wood frame construction:
This model is built and coated by hand.

Modelle bieten wir in zwei verschiedenen Ausführungen an:

Klassische Holzspantenbauweise:
Dieses Modell wird in handwerklicher Arbeit gebaut und beschichtet.
Modellbau aus Schaum:
Mit Einsatz von CNC-gesteuerten Fräsen wird ein Kern aus Strukturschaumerstellt. Dieser wird dann mit einer Polyesteroberfläche beschichtet. Aus dem Positiv-Modell wird schließlich eine Negativ-Form aus Glasfaserkunststoff hergestellt. Diese Form dient dann schließlich als Werkzeug aus dem bis zu mehrere Hundert Entformungen getätigt werden können.
